Unfortunately, circumstances requiring urgent care arise from time to time. The doctor is available for reasonable emergencies after hours for patients of record. Please call the office if an emergency arises at (207) 396-4373.
Patients are seen by appointment only, so please call in advance to reserve a time. We do confirm appointments one to two days prior to the appointment.
If you are unable to keep this reserved time, please notify our office during our normal business week of Monday through Thursday at least 48 hours prior to the visit. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give the appointment time to another patient.

We request payment at the time services are rendered.
We welcome most major dental insurances and will be happy to assist you in filing any claims.
For patients who have insurance, an estimate will be given of the amount that your insurance company will pay on your behalf. The balance (the deductible as well as the percentage not covered) is expected at the time of service. Please bring your dental insurance card with you to your initial appointment.
We provide you our very best care and charge you a fee for that service. Just as the insurance companies do not allow us to set their premium rates, we do not allow them to set our fees or determine our procedures.
It is important that you realize your dental benefit contract is between you and the insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company.
